While using it some after market chargers will not work unless you take the case off. While doing the water test some water got in the case, but not much. I would not suggest going swimming with the phone. If it happened to fall in the bathtub and you retrieved it right away, I believe that it would still be safe. One thing that I really didn't care for was the front face of the cover. The plastic was a little bubbly and didn't sit flesh against the phone.
Over all its a good product they may have minor flaws.
